Our house special Foxglove loaf is a delicious sourdough bread made with 10% wholemeal flour.
A lovely, slightly nutty tasting crust with a soft chewy crumb.
Perfect as a sandwich loaf and makes delicious toast too!
Sourdough bread is naturally leavened and fermented over a long period. This makes a bread that is easier to digest and better for you, with lots of prebiotics and probiotics.
Storage: store in an airtight container, breadbox, or bread bag. Do not refrigerate.
Can be frozen whole and then popped in the oven for 20 mins. Or freeze individual slices and then stick them in the toaster as needed.
Ingredients - white bread flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin, wheat gluten), wholemeal wheat flour, water, salt
