Mini Egg Sourdough Muffins

Chocolate sourdough muffins made with a touch of cinnamon and coffee to deepen the flavour, and packed with crushed Mini Eggs throughout. Soft, rich, and perfectly chocolatey. An Easter treat with a little Foxglove magic.

Cold-fermented overnight to allow time for flavour and texture to fully develop. Thanks to the long ferment, they come with all the benefits of sourdough. Gentler on the gut, easier to digest, and full of flavour!
