Triple Chocolate Sourdough Muffins

Rich, soft, and deeply chocolatey, these triple chocolate muffins are made with our own sourdough starter, for a tender crumb and mellow depth of flavour.
A hint of coffee and cinnamon, to bring out the best of the chocolate flavours, and studded with dark and white chocolate chunks.

Cold-fermented overnight to allow time for flavour and texture to fully develop. Thanks to the long ferment, they come with all the benefits of sourdough. Gentler on the gut, easier to digest, and full of flavour!
