Pimms Focaccia - (strawberry, orange, cucumber, mint)

A sourdough focaccia bread inspired by the quintessential summer cocktail - Pimms.

This decadent focaccia bread is made with an orange infused dough and filled with strawberries, strawberry jam, and fresh mint. Topped with sliced cucumber, sliced strawberries, dollops of strawberry jam, and dimpled with mint infused oil.  Finished with a zesty orange glaze and fresh mint leaves.
