Homemade, traditional Hot Cross Buns.
Spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice, and packed full of sweet dried fruit.

These buns are a traditional yeasted bread. Left for a slow-proof and long-rise, and baked in small batches for ultimate flavour and freshness!
